[Product Description]
This is an experimental instrument that allows you to visually and repeatedly observe how the Coriolis force works.
When an object (e.g., wind) moves on a rotating body such as the earth without being affected by the movement of the earth’s surface, it exerts a force to bend its path. This is called the Coriolis force, and is the reason why typhoons and cyclones swirl. In this experimental apparatus, water ejected from the water tank is simulated as wind, and by rotating itself, you can check in which direction the ejected water (wind) is bent.
[Overall Advantages to Users]
This is an experimental instrument that allows you to understand the Coriolis force in a simple, easy, and understandable way.
