• These accessories are exclusively designed for educational experiments under vacuum condition with the chamber.

【To teachers】

• Pressure reduction boiling using the container for liquids in the chamber; although the boiling point of water is 100C under the atmospheric pressure, warm water boiling under its boiling point can be observed under the vacuum condition in the chamber.
• Demonstration of sound transfer (propagation) in the air: using the electric buzzer. Easy to compare the differenc in sound transferring in atmospheric and in vacuum condition in the chamber by experiment. The buzzer’s sound can be heard from outside under atmoshperic condition of the chamber, however, the buzzer sound is hardly heard from outside under vacuum condition of the chamber.
• Demonstration if the air is in the chamber or not; using a motor with a propeller and strings. Rotating propeller in the chamber makes some wind because the air inside in the chamber and the wind sway the hanged strings inside the chamber. On the other hand, if there is no air (vacuum condition) the strings can not be swayed because no wind is generated even if the propeller is rotating.
